Privacy Summary
Rapport helps people prepare for client calls, capture client context, and turn scattered phone conversation details into promises, waiting items, follow-ups, profile context, and held private relationship details.
Rapport is designed around review before saving. When Rapport organizes notes or call/debrief context, the user should be able to review, edit, hold, or remove suggestions before saving them.
Information Rapport May Process
- Contact details you enter manually, such as name, company, role, and phone number.
- Phone contact details you choose to import after granting contacts permission.
- Notes, typed context, spoken transcripts, call debriefs, promises, waiting items, follow-ups, client profile context, and held private relationship details.
- Call workflow information needed to support call-related features, such as call state and caller/callee phone number when Android provides it.
- Microphone input when you choose to speak notes or debrief context.
- App diagnostics needed to improve reliability and troubleshoot failures.
How Rapport Uses Information
Rapport uses information to show client context before, during, and after phone calls; organize user-provided text or speech into reviewable notes and next actions; track promises, waiting items, follow-ups, profile context, and held private details; match known contacts to call workflows when Android permissions and phone state allow it; and improve app reliability.
Contacts
Rapport does not need your full address book to work. You can add contacts manually. If you grant contacts permission, Rapport uses that permission to let you search for and choose contacts you want to use in Rapport. Contacts should not be bulk-imported silently. A contact should only be added to Rapport when you choose it.
Microphone And Speech
If you grant microphone permission, Rapport can help capture spoken notes or debriefs. Typing remains available if microphone permission is denied or speech capture fails.
Phone And Call Permissions
Rapport asks for phone-related permissions only to support call workflow features, such as launching calls from the app, detecting call state, showing call context during calls, and opening debrief after a call. Rapport should not pretend to control calls beyond what Android allows.
AI / Organization Services
When you choose to organize notes, transcripts, or debriefs, Rapport may send the relevant user-provided text to the configured Rapport AI/proxy service and its underlying provider for processing. This is used to return reviewable suggestions such as promises, waiting items, follow-ups, profile context, and private details.
If organization services are unavailable, Rapport should preserve your original input and provide an honest fallback, such as saving the raw note as neutral client context or letting you try again later.
Personal And Private Relationship Context
Rapport may identify personal relationship details, such as family, schedule constraints, preferences, or important life events. Private relationship details should be held by default and should not appear in Today as a next action unless the user explicitly chooses to save or use them.
Data Sharing
Rapport may share data with service providers needed to operate selected app features, including AI/proxy processing, diagnostics, hosting, or app distribution services. Rapport should not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising unless that behavior is added and disclosed first.
Data Storage And Deletion
Rapport stores app data on the device and may store/process submitted organization requests through configured services when network features are used. Users can delete app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage. In-app deletion controls may also remove individual contacts, notes, or context where those controls are available.
Server-side deletion, transcript retention, account deletion, and AI/proxy log retention policies require final backend/provider confirmation before this policy is published.
Security
Rapport should protect user data with reasonable safeguards. Do not publish stronger security claims, such as end-to-end encryption or guaranteed deletion, unless independently verified.
Children
Rapport is intended for professionals managing client relationships and is not designed for children.
